We are building a Product with deep expertise in Email Knowledge Management Systems (Singapore market). The product is deployed mainly in the public sector. The current challenge is keeping up the pace of product development and product customizations of the current users.
We are having 11 engineers divided into 2 teams:
- 9 members in the core team that maintains the current product features and provides customer support - new hires will not join this team
- 2 members of the new team to work on new product features
Now - we want to hire 1 more.
As a Software Engineer, you will work with an agile team of coders in an open environment, building solutions related to the following technology areas:
- Knowledge Management
- Search Engine
- Data Analytics
You will be involved in the entire product development life cycle, and in the continuous improvement activities as we evolve our DevOps culture.
Working hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (since you’re working with Sing Time Zone)

Must-have:
- +3 years of experience in building software
- Strong, proven development skills in one or more of the following areas: NET or Java (ASP.net preferred), JavaScript frameworks, SQL (Microsoft SQL experience preferred)
- Good verbal and writing skills in English
- Demonstrates passion and ability to understand and apply new technologies (any contributions to open source will be highly regarded).
- Must be a team player, a fast learner
Nice-to-have:
- Cloud computing services: AWS, Azure
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) is advantageous
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
