Understand project objectives and organizational goals. Gather business requirements and analyze pain points from clients and stakeholders.
Clarify business requirements and analyze solutions, weighing pros and cons based on the identified requirements.
Collaborate with the client's working team, Product Owner, and internal team members, including the Project Manager, UX/UI Designer, System Analyst, Developer, and Quality Assurance.
Implement documentation such as business flows, business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Support and investigate issues raised by clients and the internal team

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Good at English
At lease 2 years experience in a Business Analyst Role.
Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT systems, and databases would be an advantage.
Positive work attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work well within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
