• Implementing new features on existing modules
• Engage with internal business users across different business functions to analize and address requirements on HR system processes (Core HR, Absences, Time Cards, Compensation Management)
• Tailor Oracle HCM system's functionalities to the business requirements
• Ensure technical/process documentation is maintained
• Setup of Core HR modules for new company integrations
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven experience on implementation, administration and/or extension of the following Oracle modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Core HR, Compensation and Workforce Compensation
• Knowledge on using HDL and HSDL for data import.
• Knowledge on using HCM Extracts is desired (not mandatory).
• Knowledge on using REST APIs is desired
• Knowledge on building and troubleshooting Oracle fast formulas
• Basic SQL knowledge is desired
• Knowledge on troubleshooting and configuring approval flows for the mentioned modules
• Knowledge on other Oracle ERP or HR modules than the one mentioned above is a plus
• Understanding of HR operations/processes
• Good understanding of general technology and database concepts
