o Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
o Ensure website security and optimal performance
2. Guest Technology Systems:
o Oversee and improve self-check-in processes
o Manage and develop mobile key systems
o Implement and maintain other guest-facing technologies
3. IT Infrastructure:
o Maintain and upgrade hotel IT systems
o Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
o Troubleshoot technical issues across the hotel network
4. Innovation and Development:
o Research and propose new technologies to enhance guest experience
o Lead the implementation of approved tech initiatives
o Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for technological improvement
5. Support and Training:
o Provide technical support to staff across all hotel locations
o Develop and conduct training sessions on new technologies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, database management, and network systems
• Experience with hotel management software and guest-facing technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
