2. Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades the existing systems and databases.
3. Administers network activities and maintain system security.
4. Identifies user training needs and provide necessary on-site training in coordination with the Training Department.
5. Coordinates and reports any IT related concerns or challenges.
6. Interprets and explains technical concepts to non-technical users as required
7. Installs, assembles, configures and maintains any IT related equipment on site.
8. Assists in the assessment of user training needs, coordinates and performs system applications in-house training.
9. Troubleshoots problems relating to computer hardware and software.
10. Maintains all database including the input and correction of data, determines format, researches data conversions, establishes data specifications and updates sources and ensures data integrity.
11. Installs and troubleshoots problems within the network and system, including installation of new applications, upgrades and assists users to solve software problems.
12. Installs and maintains network systems and related peripheral equipment; performs network administration and security functions while ensuring system integrity and security.
13. Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialised and dedicated technology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required.
14. Identifies purchase recommendations including users’ needs and provides justification for equipment and services.
15. Participates in the provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services in the property.
16. Researches potential technology solutions and makes appropriate recommendations.
17. Practices asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment, as per company policy.
18. Investigates user problems and needs, identify their source, and determines possible solutions.
19. Provides general on-site technical support as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Work Experience – Minimum of two (2) years related work experience at the same or higher position; hotel IT operations experience is an advantage.
