Your Mission
FWH's goal is to reach 100 employees by the end of 2026 and continue expanding beyond that milestone in the years ahead. The mission of the Head of Digital Transformation in relation to that is to be the driving force of our organisation's digital transformation in order to meet the evolving needs of the business and to ensure a robust fit for the digital future.
The job holder will serve as a change agent throughout the organisation and be responsible for driving digital adoption, business system innovations, enhancing customer experience and maximizing our operations related to the company ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition analog processes to digital ones as well as enhance the existing digital processes
- Foster a digital culture throughout the organisation, drive digital capability development and evaluate resources in relation to the transformation
- Oversee the entire process from both the technical and human perspectives, including managing resistance to change and advance employees to use new software platforms and technologies
- Provide leadership to teammates through coaching, mentoring and be accountable for the overall performance of the transformation team
- Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we’re investing in the appropriate tools and resources
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity
- Support evaluation of vendor’s digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits the company's business requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with minimum 10 years of experience in management and digitalization in the IT field
- Good understanding of business process improvement and track record in transforming business operations at speed and in a sustainable way with demonstrable results
- Have the ability to influence at every level, imparting digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way in our Norwegian flat hierarchy setting
- Experience in Agile project management methodology
- Demonstrate business savvy, strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Fluent English accompanied with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT operations and cybersecurity
