Literacy/Qualification • Bachelor or higher degree in Law; lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage.Experiences related to position: • Minimum 10 years of experience implementing work related to legislation, legal consulting… • At least 02 years of experience in organizing and operating teams and implementing work: Legal, Law Consulting…• Solid understanding of the laws of Vietnam and have experience relating to corporate, investment (FDI), commercial, labor, construction, real estate, environment, M&A, and dispute settlement;Personal qualities/ Working attitude:• Demonstrate the role of leader, take the lead, dare to engage, undertake all assigned tasks;• Always show bravery, urgency and determination in work, work with high responsibility, be proactive, do not avoid or rely on;• Fairly and fiercely fight against behaviors that are inconsistent with the Group's culture and regulations;• Be creative, progressive, constantly learning;• Work towards quality and efficiency;• Dedicated service spirit, quickly and completely solve problems for colleagues, partners and customers.Soft skills• Have acumen with the company's business operations and good leadership ability;• Proficient in using software and applications for management and business;• Have ability to apply new technology to improve business efficiency;• Communicate in English well and fluently; • Have good communication and negotiation skills;• Have ability to listen effectively to identify core problems and resolve them;• Have ability to provide detailed, strategic guidance;• Have good analytical ability, make important decisions, project management and process improvement capabilities.Knowledge• Have deep, solid knowledge of accounting, taxes, and financial reporting in the host country;
