Recruitment: 40%
Build up the recruitment branding through online and offline social channels.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for relevant department.
Manage & conduct on-boarding program, orientation training to newcomers and offboarding members.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Build Org Chart, level matrix and benefit.
Labor relationships + C&B: 30%
Make payroll, insurance, PIT and task belong to C&B.
Manage the cleaning service vendor, ensure the tidiness at all places within the company either in office building or at the port side.
Regularly check and manage the electric and water usage, save cost by controlling the proper usage of electric and water in Admin buildings area.
Monitor all the Sim cards, mobile phones, Taxi cards.
Admin: 20%
Control stationery, well manage by following the stationary and uniform norm.
• Manage the cleaning service vendor, ensure the tidiness at all places within the company
either in office building or at the port side.
• Regularly check and manage the electric and water usage, save cost by controlling the proper usage of electric and water in Admin buildings area.
• Monitor all the Sim cards, mobile phones, Taxi cards. Others : 10%
• Report and advice good solution to Director.
• Other duties assigned by Director.
Bachelor degree in related filed as in HR Management, Business Administration, English or related major
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3-5 years of experience in HR field (especially HR generalist role)
Having experience at IT field is plus.
Good at verbal and written in English
Excellent at MS Office applications (especially Excel & Word)
Highly self-disciplined, good sense of responsibilities.
Hard-working, careful, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
Ability to work independently or in a team
