Job Title: Innovation Project Manager
Job purpose:
The Innovation Project Manager at Esoft will oversee the innovation process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of new products and solutions that meet customer needs. They will use project management knowledge, tools, and techniques to manage multiple projects, build strong relationships, and continuously evaluate and improve project processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and a proven ability to lead successful innovation projects.
Job Description:
Esoft, a leading provider of post-production services for photography companies worldwide, is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the innovation process and ensuring that our Product Expert team delivers new products and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely (daily) with sales hereunder product experts and product managers in retail and wholesale to identify and prioritize enhancements to existing solutions and develop new solutions.
• Take part in developing new ideas for product innovation activities including developing new products and improving existing products, utilizing the latest technology and industry best practices.
• Monitor research activities: market and customer research to discover the viability of a product/service/solution.
• Lead and manage the innovation process from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in visual products company, IT, or engineering companies.
• Significant project/program management experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GTM strategy, etc)
• Knowledge of the real estate marketing industry is a plus.
Skills:
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-first approach
• High drive with strong attention to detail. Can cope with a high degree of ambiguity, uncertainty, and change.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Certificate in PM preferred
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
