Mô Tả Công Việc
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during new project implementations.- Manage all aspects of implementation and coordination between customers, trading partners, and team members.- Communicate project progress with customers until completion.- Assist customers with EDI testing.- Support customers throughout the ERP integration testing process.- Ensure timely project go-live.- Setup ERP integration projects (such as NEA, BYD), following through from staging to production.- Deploy the Dimetrics product to customers.- Conduct GAP analysis.- Collaborate with the mapping team.- Support the Project Manager in change requests and identify issues related to changes.- Write UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in software support, client services, or call center environment preferred.- 1+ year experience as Implementation Specialist, Business Analyst, Project manager is preferred.- Working in ERP, SAP, Supply chain, EDI field is preferred.- Client services, business to business, computer support/service, experience preferred.- Understanding X-12 and XML, CSV, ERP such as Netsuite, Quickbook, SAGE,… is a plus.- Prefer have knowledge with FTP and AS2 is a plus.- Proficient English skills, verbal & written.Benefits:- 13th+ salary, Performance bonus- Laptop and 2 large computer screens are provided- Company trip, teambuilding, sport clubs and activities- 17 days of paid leave- Full salary social insurance including probation time- Training during probation time---------------Working time: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
