Job Summary
The Job holder plays a role to support lending core system for daily operation. He/she is responsible for analyzing the business requirements, understanding IT systems/ applications and communicating with internal/external stakeholder to ensure the smooth core system operation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the IT Credit-Card Core system
Ensuring proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements
Working cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.
Providing system/application support for end user and know-how supports to internal teams.
Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements
Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.
Project-management to implement of major applications including Lending Core system enhancement, CRM, data mining (reporting and data extraction), credit scoring, and MIS when needed.

1. Qualification: University Degree majored in Information Technology or related
2. Work Experience:
At least 02 years working experience in Software development and Application support. (experienced: SQL, Way4 system is prefer)
Have experience on business analysis and system analysis.
Have experience on Core banking or Core Lending system is a plus.
Have working experience in Finance/Banking/Insurance is a plus.
3. Nice to have:
Experience on application development and deployment (DevOps)
Experience on either Java, PL/SQL.
Good experience on ITIL framework and process.
Some experience on MS Dynamic CRM.
4. Skills:
Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders.
Able to understand insight requirements.
Able to use English (both written & verbal).
Good at trouble shooting, root cause analysis with wide knowledge in IT application area.
5. Attitude:
Trust-worthy and have good attitude on facing multiple system issues.
Positive thinking with service mind-set.
Hard-working even at night-time or weekend (when needed).
