IT Assistant Manager (Transport Management System)

*Must-have- 5+ work experience in IT industry - either as IT System Supervisor, Tech Lead, or Tech Consultant or BA/Product Owner- MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and Collaboration tools- Intermediate knowledge in Network topologies and System designs- Experience in implementing MIS - system configuration & testing, interfaces design, reports development- Logical thinking with good programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL queries- Project management skills, as a Project Leader or a Project Manager- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking when needed- Enthusiasm and Carefulness, to be right at first-time- Innovative Mindset, able to take initiative in process improvement, system enhancement- Flexibility & Reliability - minimal supervision required- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Logistics or related disciplines- Good command of English- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to be able to cooperate with cross-departments teams*Nice-to-have- Experience in the Supply Chain Industry and/or Transport operations- Knowledge in IT product life cycle, ITIL, Network Administration- Work experience in international corporation
