Directly report to: Internal Audit ManagerDepartment: Internal AuditWork location: Vietnam Station* Purpose and Scope:• The IT Auditor will support Internal Audit Manager in evaluating the adequacy of IT controls, data security, and systems reliability.* Main responsibilities (KPA):1. Stakeholder Engagement:• Support Internal Audit Manager in communication with all the departments.2. Audit Planning:• Support Internal Audit Manager in IT audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia.3. Audit Engagement:• Support Internal Audit Manager in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.4. Compliance and Risk Management:• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.5. Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or Data Security. A Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage. 2. Analytical Skills: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. 3. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office. 4. Attention to Detail: • High level of accuracy and attention to details. 5. Communication Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Excellent command of Chinese and English. 6. Organizational Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. 7. Team Collaboration: • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments. 8. Experience: • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position. • Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
