- Collect & analyze business requirements, prepare functional specification design, logical design document & data flow diagrams related to SAS related-application solutions.
- Customize information maps, business contexts, campaign definition, response definition, common data model, treatment, campaign marketing & decision solution.
- Optimize SAS campaigns and applications’ performance
- Fine-tuning SAS DB performance.
- Manage SAS patches & services in all environments
- Manage & maintain SAS Data Mart
- Assist to create Standard Operating Procedures for incident management and solution requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree IT, MIS, BIS or relevant major
- Ability to interpret / analyse data via SQL tools
- At least 3 years experience in Consumer Finance domain
- Good business analysis knowledge regarding to SDLC and system architecture
- Knowledge of marketing campaign development and execution process in consume finance
- Knowledge of Data Mart design and implementation for campaign management process
- Preferably capable of web service definition, java and xml programming
- Experience with SAS, Experian, Pegasystems, Pitney Bowes or similar Analytics Campaign Management System is a must
