OBJECTIVES:
Understand technology products/ solutions and Company system structures. Collaborate with various internal IT teams and Business Users and external Vendors (if any) to handle efficient processes and successful delivery of IT products and solutions under assigned scopes. Ensure the delivery are on time, within budget, and that the final product meets the Business Users’ requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Center Director in managing, tracking and delivering Change Management, project portfolio of Center;
- Coordinate with relevant Business Users and internal/ external teams for maintaining being-active products and solutions;
- Ensure the portfolio is delivered and managed efficiently with all reports, records, and documentation fully maintained;
- Support Center Director in coordinating the implementation processes and resources effectively and in an optimal way;
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager;

- University graduate or above, majors: Information Technology, Finance – Banking, Economics, or related majors
- Having 5 years’ experience in Insurance, Banking, Finance Industry
- At least 06 year of experiences relevant to in project management, application support, solution and system delivery, etc.
- Solid knowledge in: Technology solution, database management systems, Business and Operational processes, especially in Finance – Banking field
- Project management and planning skills
- Problems Solving and Negotiation skills
- Accuracy, pay attention to details
- Good communication skills in verbal and written skills & fluency both in English and Vietnamese
