- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and efficient support to end-users.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance and data security.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide training and assistance to staff on IT-related topics, including software usage and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
- Monitoring and analyzing SQL Server Logs and Application logs.
- Creation and maintenance of Databases, creating Roles and managing user permissions, resolving deadlocks.
- Worked on Database Maintenance, Backups and Recovery Plans.
- Database Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery, Security Management (MSSQL, Sybase, SAP HANA DB)
- Maintenance and monitoring SAP system landscape of internal systems (SAP S4, ECC, BW4, SAP CAR, SAP HANA DB, SAP PO, SAP Solman) on Premise and on anyCloud ( Azure/AWS/GCP)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT support or engineering role preferred, willing to learn if inexperienced.
- Experience in network troubleshooting and OS maintenance.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and DNS configuration.
- Proficient in O365 and security scans.
- MCSA/CCNA or related certifications.
- Experience on Microsoft SQL server using "SSMS" SQL server management studio.
- Familiarity with server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and a willing to travel if needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills to be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
