Mô Tả Công Việc
- End-user support: Provide technical support for computer issues, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Hardware installation, repair & maintenance: laptop, desk computers and network devices.
- Network and Servers maintenance & monitoring.
- Have knowledge in Windows Servers, Unix (Linux), WSUS, Domain, Antivirus, JP1/IT Desktop Management, Oracle/MS SQL Database, Backup system & web server operating system.
- IT ERP System: Provide technical support for our IT systems in the factory, including hardware, software. Troubleshoot, testing and resolve issues for the ERP System.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all network and server configurations, user support requests, and IT system issues, including resolutions and workarounds.
- Collaborate with the IT team: Work closely with other members of the IT team to ensure the smooth integration of IT systems and applications.
- Works with IT management to ensure system are in line with overall IT policies and standards.

- At least 1 year experience is prefer
- Be able to work overtime
- Graduated University in Computer/ Network/ IT
- Good at handing with computer common problems.
- Fair command in English
- MCSE, MCSA or CCNA certified will be advantage.
- Address in Binh Duong is a plus.
- Under 30 years olds
