- Timely handling of incidents to ensure the system always operates continuously and efficiently.
- Responsible for overseeing the hotel's IT department.
- Check the daily operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure system: LAN system, Wifi - Internet network system, magnetic lock system, television, application server, internal switchboard.
- During the inspection of the system, if any problem is detected, it would be handled immediately so as not to affect the operation of the hotel.
- Provide guidance and support to operate professional software systems for employees of all departments in the hotel: PMS, POS, Accounting system, HR software, …
- Receive feedback on software problems from departmental staff and handle them quickly.
- Coordinate and support customers to handle information technology issues.
- Make reports or have instructions from superiors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Support position,...
- Knowledge of all Microsoft applications/utilities..
- Must have a service-oriented attitude, customer focus, sense of urgency, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to understand network and system
