+ Support/troubleshoot for end-user about using IT software/hardware/system
+ Make IT document (SOP, Form, Policy, training,...)
+ Manage computers, IT common/shared assets and license
+ Other tasks from manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree of Information Technology major
- English: Communication is a must
- Experience about Windows, Office365, Printer/Fax, Telephone, Network and computer hardware is preferred
- Good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure.
