We are looking for an IT helpdesk and administrator to join our team. The role involves providing technical support to our employees across multiple locations, including Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the IT team leader to identify and prioritize technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Setting up and configuring MacBook and Windows laptops, as well as apps and software.
- Creating and managing user accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other similar platforms.
- Providing prompt technical support and troubleshooting to users across all branches.
- Managing network infrastructure, including monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network issues, ensuring network security, and managing devices such as routers, NAT, firewall, WiFi systems, printers and other related devices.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 0.5 years of experience in IT helpdesk, system admin, IT support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of networks, computer hardware, software, and security.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Careful, honest, responsive and supportive.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, solution oriented and eager to learn new technology.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Japanese language.
- Experience to source and purchase IT hardware, software, and other components from vendors and suppliers.
- IT asset management and inventory control, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal staff and external vendors.
