- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Total users: 45
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing and evaluating new technology.

- Has extensive and relevant (min 2 years) experience in IT helpdesk, system admin, IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of networks, computer hardware, software, and security.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Careful, honest, responsive, and supportive.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, solution oriented and eager to learn new technology.
- Experience in sourcing and purchase IT hardware, software, and other components from vendors and suppliers.
- IT asset management and inventory control, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal staff and external vendors.
