1.Lead the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of all infrastructure systems, networks, and end-user support systems to ensure high levels of functionality, reliability, performance, and business alignment2.Oversee, coordinate, and monitor all support, administration, and operational management activities3.Responsible for high levels of infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, problem management/elimination, compliance, and IT disaster recovery utilizing developed standards, procedures, and operational IT processes, monitoring for continuous improvement4.Lead the development of the infrastructure service strategy and technical roadmap and ensure its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans5.Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning6.Interact with and manage outside vendors, outsourcers, and service providers to procure and deliver technology products, services, and contracts. Ensure consistent quality and delivery of service across a tiered IT support model7.Set the mission and vision of the team to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques8.Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure business and customer needs are satisfied. Champion involvement in the IT organization's innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities9.Lead, and motivate a function(s) to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

1.5+ years of IT leadership experience within infrastructure technology disciplines2.Strong knowledge in modern software, infrastructure, and mobile technologies3.Project management and team management skills, across multiple teams, such as planning, budgetary control, people management, etc.4.Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in both business and IT, with preferred experience with Agile methodologies5.Knowledge and experience setting up IT and network infrastructure including databases, network systems and interfaces. 6.Knowledge and experience managing all aspects of cloud platform and services management in cloud, as well as on-premise-based solutions7.Knowledge and experience managing Operational technology (OT), Network Technology and Security as well as Internet of Things (IoT) systems, such as ICS, PLC, SCADA, robotics, etc.8.Ability to handle pressure and deadline-oriented project demands, as well as manage multiple initiatives9.Strong change manager in an organization with a passion to lead successful team efforts and projects10.Working knowledge of Security practices and regulations11.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levels12.Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills13.Strong business and financial acumen with a value mindset, and demonstrate ownership of the function(s), strategy and objectives assigned13.Proficiency in English communication and reading skills.Qualifications1.Bachelors degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience2.5 or more years of work experience in similar roleCandidates are requested to submit their CVs in English
