FINANCIAL
1. To provide technical assistance to internal or external Audit associate.
2. To ensure accuracy and computer audit trail of daily and monthly financial report.
OPERATION
3. Ensure the effective preventive maintenance of all system resources.
4. Coordinate the timely repair of all faulty system resources.
5. Develop a back-up system support mechanism that can be activated in event of personnel change.
6. Establish and maintain procedures to ensure the backup and restoration of all systems.
7. Coordinate data recovery and emergency procedures in the event of system failure.
8. Enforce security procedures for the timely revision of user access right and passwords for both the PMS and PC Network system.
9. Keep the Hotel Management System software up to the current release as instructed by our corporate office.
10. Advise hotel management on existing and future systems begin developed / implemented.
11. Coordinate the investigation and timely handling of software fault report or enhancement requests.
12. Assist departmental trainers in preparing training material on the effective use of systems in Laguna Lăng Cô.
13. Supervise Information Systems associate.
14. Document all system activities which may include: Departmental Objective; Backup Logs; System Interruption Logs; Maintenance Logs; Data Change Logs.
15. Provide management reporting in the form of: Status Report; Fidelio or PMS Report; Accounting System Report and Computer Budget.
16. Develop capital budget for all computer hardware and software purchases.
17. PC and wide area networking support.
18. Setup and maintenance of all corporate systems as used by the hotel and golf club.
19. Assist in coordination of support for other technology systems.
ADMINISTRATION
20. To provide manuals on the use of any Information Systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotels and golf club.
21. To arrange the distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system-produced reports.
22. To prepare and maintain documentation on all hotel and golf club software applications.
23. To maintain an inventory listing of all computer hardware in the hotels and golf club including PMS hardware, PC’s and printers.
ASSOCIATE HANDLING
24. To assist all departments to train their associates in the effective use of any Information Systems.
25. To assist in the building of an efficient team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
