Purpose: You will be directly in charge of maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading all computer software, hardware and related systems.
Key responsibilities: You have the ability to ensure new technology and equipment are embraced and maximized by all, to increase efficiency and service delivery. You will be involved in installation of all necessary software and hardware and follow through with proper training by end users.

You will be successful in the role given your minimum five years experience in IT Field within a five star hotel environment, two years of which have been spent in management. Your education and qualifications are able to enhance your ability to train, troubleshoot and support associates to effectively use the hotel systems. Your excellent organizational, leadership and decision making skills combined with your IT skills and good head for business will ensure your success in this role. You will have a deep understanding of the typical systems used in hotels such as opera, micros, reserve, scala and the like, and will have the ability to work within tight deadlines and constraints.
