This position is to ensure that our company is using the most up-to-date technology to run our business and will be responsible for ensuring
that the hardware and software used by our company is compatible, secure, and scalable will also be responsible for managing our internal
network and providing support for our staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, CCTV and networks
- Assist the IT department head with leading and training IT staff (if any)
- Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, IT infrastructure and other policy relate to IT
- Assist on monitoring and analyzing the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
- Direct and execute the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met
- Assist in managing development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
- Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources
- Perform IT Asset management and auditing
- Distributor Management System (DMS)– Perform core master data administration and Windows servers administration
- SharePoint Application – Assist on managing and developing application when required (will be trained when need)
- Provide a 1st Level IT Support (Single point of contact) for TCPVN (including SAP HANA)

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
Experience :
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing IT department
- At least 1 year’ experience in DMS Master data
- Knowledge of IT Services Management and ITIL
- Knowledge of IT planning and project management
Skill :
- IT Project Management
- Windows operation system (Windows server, Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365, Office O365
- Microsoft SQL server knowledge
- Networking, LAN, WAN, Wireless knowledge
- 1 year of experience in IT related to FMCG / Distribution with DMS Master data (Customer, Product,Route, Promotion, Geography...) setup and maintenance
- 1 year ERP experience in SAP HANA support (Account Receivable, Account Payable, Purchase
- Request, Purchase Order, Good Receipt, User maintenance)
- IT Services management and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Power App, Azura Cloud will be advantageous
- ERP Microsoft Dynamic 365 knowledge will be advantageous
