Managing existing on-premises infrastructure and that of future sites to ensure they meet the needs of the business in a timely, cost-effective and secure manner.
Maintain operational effectiveness of our Vietnam IT services, supporting both labelling pathologists working in-office and remotely as well as operations staff.
Supporting existing and implementing new initiatives, ensuring they occur in a time and costefficient manner.
Mentoring and developing a team of IT professionals.
Working collaboratively with the Australian franklin.ai IT team to ensure systems and processes are effective, consistent, and secure.
Working with our departments of franklin.ai Vietnam to ensure their IT needs are satisfied.
Working with the franklin.ai Information Security Manager to ensure all staff within franklin.ai
Vietnam are trained and capable of upholding our cybersecurity standards.
Managing our IT suppliers and vendors in accordance with our company procurement policies and support contracts.
