Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT planning
- Experience in system analysis and design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- User-centric service planning abilities
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Understanding and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., PMP, ITIL)
- Proficiency in English or other foreign languages
