IT PROJECT MANAGER

*Project summary:

1. Replace current loan management system (LMS) with new package provided by Oracle
2. There are customizations on new package
3. There are integration between new package with surrounding system (SMS, telephony, accounting, mobile app, e-invoice, DWH…)
4. Data migrated to new package

* Responsibilities as Project Manager (Contract 6 months):

• Working closely with vendor (Core Finance provider) to make sure delivery timeline with right quality.
• Manage other vendors for integrated systems.
• Manage project in overall: Solution delivery > Testing > Transition from old system to new system > Go-live.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.
