1. Organize project management.
-Organize and structure the project.
o Set up, in conjunction with the stakeholders (local IT team, local management, Paris headquarters, editor) the organization of the project (planning, stakeholders, decision-making structures, human and financial resources, breakdown of project).
o Write the launch note.
o Manage the project's documentary base.
2. Animate and follow the progress of the project.
-Build monitoring dashboards and define KPIs.
-Follow the schedules/charges/budgets/actions/risks of the various sites.
-Propose, if necessary, arbitrations for prioritization of resources
-Report to the decision-making ranks of the company
-Create and manage structures projects (project committee, workshops, project teams)
-Organize and participate in the acceptance tests of the solutions delivered and in the acceptance phases in relation with all stakeholders (editor, IT, business lines)
3. Coordinate change support work
-Identify changes.
-Conduct work to support changes with related operational managers: training/communication plan/adaptation of procedures and operating guides/changes in controls.

1. Know-how
-Proficiency in professional English (Vietnamese is a plus)
-Good knowledge of IT project management
-Rigor and organization
-Very good analytical and synthesis skills
-Good writing and speaking skills.
-Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews.
-Knowledge of the banking sector (products, risks, regulations, etc.)
