Purpose of this position:
Monitor and service the day-to-day support, communication system, all monitoring system and related system of B.Grimm Power Vietnam to ensure that they are run effectively, efficiently, and compliantly with stakeholder requirements at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Services by proposed solution to keep availability and reliability of networking, communication system, all monitoring system in each plant.
- Maintain, Implement and Improvement Renewable power plant performance to meet company plan and target.
- Control and Manage subcontractor to comply with Enterprise KPIs and company policies.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi Controller, VPN, CCTV).
- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Setup, install, configure, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of desktop computers, IT equipment and software such as Application, System, Network, and security.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Prepare report information as assigned.
- IT Asset Management.
- Respond within SLA.
- Other ad hoc projects.
- Update the network diagram up to date regularly.
- Strictly follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Strictly follow the company's compliance and policies.
- Assist in the evaluation of Information and Communication Technology staff and other departments as requested.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related fields.
Experience:
- Experience minimum 2 years of work experience IT and Security Operation.
- Experienced in systems and network administration.
- Experienced in Project Management and Vendor Management
- IT Support request and troubleshooting problems.
Knowledge:
- Understanding ISMS (ISO27001) will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Have experience in Networking and Communication System
- Understanding AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS Web Server will be advantage.
Required Skill:
- Good command English communication skills
- Have can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
