- Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end-users
- Modify configurations, utilities, and software default settings
- Perform regular system health check
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
