- Daily support on web application and printing application via email , phone and remote access to global customers
- Coordinate with Hotline Team (First Level Support) and Field Service Team (Second Level Support) on system enquires, installation and technical issue resolution.
- System account setup and maintenance for customers
- Participate in Project roll out through collaboration with counterparts with region teams and solution partners.
- Provide training seminars / webinars to customers
- Support ad-hoc project from supervisor
- Travel may required to China and overseas for support and meeting
** Working location: Lot E1, Trung tam street, Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree / Diploma holder of Computer Science or related disciplines, MCSE preferred
2+ years of experience in technical Support and user training
- Good experience in NT Server 4.0, Lotus Notes Mail (Client/Server), and support in PC hardware/operating systems/office applications/LAN/Networking equipment.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) preferred (Fair in verbal may also be considered),
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with external customers and internal organization
- Analytical, diagnostic mind-set and process problem resolution skills
- Able to work independently; can handle multi-tasks concurrently
- Willing to travel overseas
