Mô Tả Công Việc
- Provide ad-hoc maintenance services on IT related equipment for stores and office whenever necessary
- Work with external supplier to fix problems related to IT system at stores and office, such as Internet, Phone, Network Printers, CCTV, PC, laptop, Windows OS, MS office, and virus scanning, etc.
- Work with suppliers for special maintenance / treatment / fine tuning on IT equipment when necessary
- Communicate and work with suppliers for new requirement and supporting
- Execute other ad hoc tasks as requested by IT Managers.
- Fulfill technical support assigned by IT Technical Support Supervisor
- Ensure all POS h/w system and database can be run smoothly and assure data synchronize between head office and stores
- Provide basic technical monitoring analysis / reports
- Assist to perform launch of in-house developed applications with the instruction from System Development team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree / Diploma in IT Technology / Computer Science
- Minimum 01 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge about network, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
- Good knowledge about MS Windows & Office is a must
- Knowledge about business process: sale, inventory and accounting is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience in POS system is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English skills is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, and work with positive attitude
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Have the flexibility to work overtime (and overnight if necessary)
