• Design and develop advanced applications for the Java platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs and improve application performance.
• Create user and technical documentation
• Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices
• Demonstrate the customer way, by role modelling our purpose, ready for anything mindset and heart values (honest & upfront, easier together, act & own it, reimagine today, treat everyone fairly).
• Conduct business in accordance with customer’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Actively engage in the customer’s risk management practices to ensure compliance with customer’s policies and frameworks and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Safety & Wellbeing of teams and individuals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in software development
• Programming languages: React, Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Robot, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Adobe Analytics tags and implementation
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools: AWS, Jenkins, Bamboo
• Virtualization and cloud technologies: Experience with virtualization technologies such as Docker and virtual machines, as well as cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Source control tools: Git, SVN, and Mercurial for version control and collaboration.
• Microfront end and microservices experience
• Experience with monitoring tools: New Relic, Splunk
Soft skills:
• Security: Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures, such as network segmentation, access control, and encryption.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with development and operations teams to align processes and implement automation solutions.
• Leadership: Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members and drive the overall vision and direction of the testing and automation program.
