Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Leader with a strong background in Java development and a passion for leading technical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Java, be proficient in frontend development with React.js, and possess skills in DevOps practices. Experience with AWS server management is essential. The role demands diligence, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Java development projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust applications.
- Utilize React.js for frontend development and integration.
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices to streamline the development process.
- Manage and optimize server infrastructure on AWS.
- Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation for projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
