Based on a firm understanding of internal procedures related to accounting and finance, especially in contracting, payment, transactions and reconciliation with UrBox’ clients and merchants, this Product Owner will perform the task of aggregation of information, requirement, analyzing and proposing proper solutions on process automation. This will help improve SLA, save time and effort, and mitigate errors of related operation personnel.
Moreover, candidates should have a good understanding of the structure and operational procedure of UrBox internal system for managing e-vouchers and merchants. From there, he will be able to cooperate with other Product Owners of UrBox or partners to integrate with other systems.
Responsibility
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Act on tasks from our internal team to assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

- Exposure to project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
