- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
- Verify products or services to assure that they meet requirement and design (quality assurance).
- Deliver products or services to customers and track status and versions.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support under SLA; training users.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
