Map out the category landscape and prioritize the development of key segments, key brands within the Fashion, Cosmetics, and FMCG sectors, in collaboration with BI team.Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Plan, execute, and maintain category performance across all stages from acquisition to incubation and sustained growth.Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team of Sales and Key Account Executives to support category growth. Scale the team as necessary to meet the demands of the growing category.Build and maintain robust relationships with key merchants, focusing on long-term partnerships to drive sales volumes and market share.Develop and implement online merchandising and promotion strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring pricing competitiveness, optimal assortment, and stock availability.Conduct regular market analysis and merchant behavior surveys to inform strategic decisions and better meet merchant requirements.Identify, establish, and nurture local strategic partnerships to enhance category growth and market reach.Continuously innovate and introduce initiatives to improve the competitive advantage of the categories under management.

5+ years of experience in Fashion, Cosmetics, or FMCG, with a strong network of industry players, including brands and merchants.Strong analytical acumen and the ability to evaluate and generate insights from data to drive strategic decisions.Proven business development experience, with a background in e-commerce, sales, or account management, preferably in a leadership or management role.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.Social media savvy and well-connected within the industry.Collaborative mindset, open to changes and challenges, and a strong team player.Attention to detail, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.Experience with content-based e-commerce or social commerce platforms is a plus.
