Lead R&D Frontend Engineer

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and VueJS is essential. - Knowledge of websocket and canvas is a plus.- Experienced on Cloud, understanding Public Cloud concept(AWS/GCP/Azure) and must be with hands-on experience on services like AWS CloudFront, API Gateway, Route53, load balancer etc. or similar services in GCP/Azure.- Understanding of Frontend CI/CD, eg. AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, Gitlab runner etc.- Understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, and a comprehensive understanding of web protocols and architecture.- Knowledge in modern browsers image rendering, downloading queue, sync/async and performance optimization is a plus.- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Excellent at troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for performance and scalability. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to software development.- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members. Experience working in agile development teams and effective at cross-functional collaboration.- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. An IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required to ensure proficiency in English, facilitating clear and effective communication in a global team environment. - Experience in team management, preferably with a focus on cross-border teams.
