About the role:
At TSC we are passionate about making complicated problems look simple to our customers. This requires an exceptional ability to think in abstract concepts, to design sometimes complex architectures to simplify the user journey and to put oneself in the shoes of the customer. You will
- Be a leader! You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Data Analysts, to bring to market the simplest product that solves our customers’ problems
- Hire and lead a team of Software Engineers responsible for both frontend and backend of the platform
- Design and build exceptional architectures following the best practices of today and tomorrow, not the ones of yesterday
- Be the voice for technical excellence at TSC and always advocate for the next improvement we can bring to our codebase, infrastructure, monitoring stack, and databases, …
- Be curious, learn the right technology at the right time for the right problem
- Be open-minded. We despise dogma, there is no such thing as a “best” programming language or a “best” framework. You are able to understand that technology is ultimately about tradeoffs.
- Code and review code, deploy infrastructure changes, set up the integration and deployment pipelines, automate linters and static code analyzers, integrate DevSecOps tooling, etc…
- Accept and admit that you will fail, get back up, and try again. Harder.
- Be willing to wear many more hats and get your hands dirty, and not only with technology. We have a bold agenda and you’ll learn a lot.
- Report to the CTO in a very flat organization, with direct access to the CEO
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 8+ years experience as Full Stack Engineer/Software Engineer
- 2+ years experience in team management
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and system architecture
- Experience with Microservices and large-scale systems
- Experience with architecture, design, development, deployment, testing, and integration of enterprise-wide applications
- Experience working with data interchange and data management will be a plus
- Good interpersonal and English communication
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Result-driven, eager to learn and grow
- Passionate about Big Data/ AI/ML technology
