Job Overview:
As a Level Designer, you will envision, design, and develop levels for the company's games. You will collaborate with a diverse team including Game Designers, Developers, Artists, Product Managers, and QA to breathe life into your designs, creating captivating and entertaining gameplay experiences for millions of players globally. You will monitor player data and feedback, and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, to continuously refine and elevate your products, contributing to the creation of successful games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research market trends, and player psychology and anticipate their behaviours;
- Develop comprehensive level design plans;
- Integrate and arrange in-game elements and mechanics to craft diverse and engaging level systems;
- Establish level design standards to maintain consistency;
- Create level prototypes;
- Analyze data to iterate and optimize level designs;

Required skills & experience:
- Experience designing game levels, particularly in the casual genre, is a plus;
- Understanding of game design principles, game engines, level design, difficulty balancing, and player progression;
- Familiarity with the Unity game engine;
- Proficient in data analysis and ability to use data visualization tools;
- Knowledge of game testing methodologies;
- Demonstrated creative thinking;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Communicate effectively in English, both in reading and writing;
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible;
- Passion for mobile games and knowledge of various game genres;
- A degree in game design, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field is a plus.
