- Define technical solutions for projects related to MLOps and ML application development and manage those projects to obtain the defined objectives
- Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy ML prototypes into production applications
- Collaborate with other leaders and managers to drive the roadmap for MLOps team
- Offer support and troubleshooting assistance for the ML pipelines
- Manage our ML infrastructure (our server system)
- Establish standards and practices around MLOps, including data governance, compliance, and data security
- Coach junior members
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3+ years of overall software engineering experience in which 3+ years of experience are with ML application development and ML DevOps
- Experience working with ML engineers to build tooling and automation to support the entire ML engineering lifecycle, from experimentation to production operations
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and ML CI/CD workflows
- 2+ years experience with Web application development
- 2+ years experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.)
- 2+ years of overall engineering experience in distributed systems and data infrastructure
- Comfortably working with Linux especially Ubuntu
- Having practical knowledge (from application viewpoint) with one of areas: machine learning, deep learning, data science, and optimization.
- Familiar with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch and Python libraries (scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib)
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Good at writing technical reports and presentation of technical problems (in English).
- Good at English (all 04 skills), knowing Japanese language is a plus.
- Other attitude characteristics: proactive, responsible, can-do, and get-thing-done
