- Manage products, including adding, editing, and deleting products.
- Manage orders, verify successful processing to our ERP, and resolving issues with the assistance of the sales office to support them.
- Manage companies and customers, including adding, editing, and deleting.
- Manage promotions, including creating, editing, and deleting promotions.
- Manage banner and promotion elements.
- Configure Magento 2 settings, including store settings.
- Monitor Magento 2 performance and alert issues issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of experience with Magento 2.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce principles
- Strong understanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferrable
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in written English and preferably verbal English
