Job purpose:
Responsible for building software testing strategies, planning, scope including: manual and automation testing approach and execution; creating, maintaining test case, test scripts and regression test; strategies of performance testing, functional and non-functional requirement testing and all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.
Major accountabilities:
Leadership
- Provide technical leadership of the Unit.
- Set direction, vision, and roadmap for the IT Quality Control.
- Up to date tool or market trends to explore how emerging technologies can benefit the company and decide the most suitable migration plan from existing technologies.
- Manage the team members, appraise their performance and manage their career development plan; manage resource backup, motivate, develop and retain high potential talents.
- Establish standard of software testing, build testing strategies, estimation and planning
- Analyse business requirement and create test case/test script.
- Execute test cases/test scripts and verify testing results.
- Manage, document defect & report.
- Build test environments and manage build regression on demand.
- Participating in implementation phase.
- Manage test plan within a given timeline with required updates.
- Manage delivery of tasks of team within a given timeline.
- Assist line manager on project delivery; delivery roadmap; and team scaling.
- Support other tasks as required by higher management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Technical skills:
- Strong Knowledge of software testing
- Experience in testing frameworks including automation tools: Tosca, Selenium, Appium, Java, RestAssured, Python.
- Experience in Web application testing, mobile testing, API testing, performance and non-funtional requirement testing
- Strong knowledge in DevOps tools and practices (source control, build, CI/CD…)
- Strong knowledge in Jira, GIT, MS Office
- Strong knowledge in modern SDLC (software development life cycle) methodologies.
- Strong experience and knowledge at integration frameworks.
- Familiar with application architecture and technical design.

Education and experience:
- University or College degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in software testing; 2 years in automation testing
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
