We are currently searching for a capable Manual Tester and Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing of our websites and working in a Business Analyst role to write detailed requirements and user stories. This role is instrumental in enhancing the user experience of our web platforms while ensuring that solutions provided meet the business needs.
This full-time position places you right in the heart of our vibrant team in HCMC, where you'll work on projects for prominent clients from Switzerland and Europe, under the guidance of our Head of Development. Manual Testing (70%):
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports for our website projects.
- Execute manual testing, report bugs, and verify bug fixes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the applications are tested to the defined level of acceptance.
- Perform regular website tests and report any issues or bugs.
- Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
- Execute functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test results, and testing summaries in detail.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve testing strategies.
Business Analysis (30%) :
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Write clear, detailed, and well-structured requirements and user stories.
- Assist in creating functional use cases and other document designs when necessary.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented as expected.
- Assist in the prioritization of new features and bugs.
- Facilitate communication between the technical and non-technical teams.
- Use business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Over 2 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to collaborate with a dynamic and creative design team.
- Highly organized, driven, with proven agency environment skills.
- Commitment to excellence and a detail-oriented work ethic.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and reliability.
- Ambition, enthusiasm, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
