MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operating Department’s computer according to specified instruction for various data processing purposes and provides supervision to staff. Include the PMS, POS and Finance System
2. To ensure processing of data as required, check and correct any errors
3. To report on any deficiencies or breakdowns of the computer
4. To provide staff training in the operating of Department’s computer and reports on the progress of performance
5. To provide immediate reference whenever required and resolve effectively problems referred
6. To carry out related jobs assigned by IT Manager and Financial Controller
7. To take on the major responsibilities during IT manager and Assistant Manager absence.
8. Assist our hotel guests, when requested, to resolve computer hardware/ software/ internet, and related issues that are application within the capacity of our IT dept.
9. Check the Backup Server for the completion of all Job Orders and to check any Failed Jobs. Replace Backup Tape or other Backup Media as daily basic
10. To provide on demand support to the users if they have any problem in using hardware or any application software, mail, MS office and etc
11. Perform other duties as instructed by a superior.

Good level of English

2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
3 years in the company in similar position in large hotels
