- In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to propose and provide suitable approach to client including consulting and solution implementation
- Understand the customer needs through discovery and work closely with MS solution leader to offer a holistic and best fit solution to client which emerging modern technologies as RPA, IOT, AI/ML… into solution by leveraging KPMG framework/methodology to make KPMG is differentiator to compete and win the deals.
- Facilitate and conduct all customer pitching and demonstrations and provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
- Will be responsible as the MS solution expert for leading presales technical and functional support activities to prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Define project scoping and build the initial project timeline, project team structure and implementation approach along with budget estimation during the presales cycle
- Work closely with delivering team to ensure to deliver a successful solution and project in term of solution perspective.
- Research and study new solutions/new technologies at high level and provide guideline to team for deeper diving
- Participate into digital transformation projects to deliver IT roadmap/strategy to align with business strategy for those key accounts related to MS solution.
