The Software support staff L1 will be educated on our Microsoft Dynamics software solutions then provide support to clients, including:
- Managing customer support tickets and ensuring that they are handled and updated in a timely manner.
- Daily receiving calls/emails and guiding customers to create support tickets via the support hotline/portal.
- Classifying issues for resolution, i.e. in scope /out of scope of support contracts/ responsibilities, issue level.
- Ensuring that complicated issues are forwarded to suitable specialists.
- Providing help, guidance, and recommendations to customers, and keeping them updated and informed about the status of their issues.
- Preparing reports on software issues by clients and periods.
- Participating in internal training programs as well as engaging in self-study.
- Performing other duties as required.
