ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Design will be responsible for designing the solution for consumer products of BAEMIN services, including BAEMIN apps, internal/external websites in terms of user experiences and interface. You are the main driver for concept, design, prototyping and validation of ideas with our users. At the same time, you are part of the overall UX and PD team and help with the further development of our design system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Product Managers, be a partner and influence business stakeholders on different projects by understanding business, product issues, providing interactive and visual solutions;
- Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to get insights, create prototype, conduct User Research and find solutions;
- Utilize design tools to deliver high quality UI and Interaction;
- Contribute in building and developing our Design System and Design Process overtime;
- Support and mentor other designers to help grow the team;
- Be a Role model in documenting your works.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Digital Design or a related field.
2. Experience
- At least 4 years experience designing for website, mobile application.
- 3 years of experience working with digital products for consumer.
3. Skills/Knowledge
- Understanding of Interaction Design, usability and information architecture practice.
- Good skills in User Interface design and Visual Aesthetic Sensitivity.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end flexible UX and UI design process.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
4. Attitude:
