Middle/Senior QC (QA QC, Tester, English) Up to $1,800

As a Middle/Senior QC/Tester at Aletech, you will lead cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each project meets its objectives. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and overall project delivery. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide test plans, test cases, and feedback to development teams on software quality and potential improvements.
• Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless interactions between different components and systems.
• Perform data testing to validate the accuracy and integrity of data within the software applications.
• Design and execute performance tests to assess the scalability and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
